Additionally, the cartoons made by Models2use and other cartoonists are not created by the designer of the models. These often include Models2use’s own “touch” by Plume Perdue. This also applies to the descriptions of the models. The ‘interpretation’ of Plume Perdue is leading, not the description from the original source of the model.

Models2use.com offers other cartoonists the opportunity to present their cartoons. The sale of these cartoons is fully handled on the Models2use.com website. Models2use.com handles the financial settlement with the cartoonists. The name of the cartoonist is explicitly shown on the Models2use.com website. Visitors to the Models2use.com website are welcome to contact these cartoonists directly outside of Models2use.com. If requested by the cartoonist, contact details will be explicitly displayed. If these details are not available on the site, Models2use can provide contact information upon request and approval from the cartoonist.

Models2use.com keeps minimal data on customers. Models2use.com will never sell or provide data to third parties. Acquisition of such data by, for example, theft (hacks, etc.) is not the responsibility of Models2use.com.

Orders

Orders are placed on the Models2use.com website. MODELS2USE.COM does not establish a customer relationship with the party placing the order. The entire processing of the order is done online on the site. Models2use promptly informs the buyer that the order has been correctly received. In case of issues with digital transactions, Models2use.com will resolve it through contact with the buyer. The purchased products will always be delivered!

Delivery

Delivery is made by MODELS2USE.COM via email, regardless of which cartoonist created the product.

Payment

Payment is made in advance on the Models2use platform. Models2use handles payment to the cartoonist. Prepayment can be made via iDeal, PayPal, or Credit Card. Models2use.com is free to add additional payment methods without public notification.

Returns

Returning a product is not possible. This is difficult with a product you have received that cannot be physically returned. For complaints, Models2use.com will contact the buyer and resolve the issue.

Notification

You agree to notify MODELS2USE.COM immediately in writing if you notice any party accessing or using the website without permission, or if you believe the website or any content on the website infringes any copyright, trademark, or other contractual or legal rights or rights based on jurisprudence of any party.

Dit geldt ook voor de beschrijvingen behorend bij de modellen. De ‘Waarmening’ van Plume Perdue is leidend. Niet de beschrijving van de originele bron van het model.

Models2use.com biedt andere cartoonisten de mogelijkheid hun cartoons aan te bieden. De verkoop van deze cartoons wordt volledig afgehandeld op de site van Models2use.com. Models2use.com regelt de financiële afhandeling richting de cartoonisten. De naam van de cartoonist wordt expliciet getoond op de website van Models2use.com. Bezoekers van de site van Models2use.com mogen uiteraard altijd zelf contact opnemen met deze cartoonisten buiten Models2use.com om. Indien door de cartoonist gewenst zullen de contactgegevens expliciet worden getoond. Indien deze gegevens niet beschikbaar zijn op de site kan Models2use het contact verzorgen op navraag en goedkeuring van de cartoonist.

Models2use.com bewaard zeer summier gegevens van klanten. Models2use.com zal nooit en te nimmer data verkopen of beschikbaarstellen aan derden. Verkrijging van deze gegevens door bijv. diefstal (hacks etc. ) is Models2use.com van gevrijwaard

Bestellingen

Bestellingen worden geplaatst op de site van MODELS2USE.COM. MODELS2USE.COM gaat geen klantrelatie aan met de partij die bestelt. De gehele afwikkeling van de bestelling gebeurt online op de site. Models2use bericht per ommegaande aan de koper dat de bestelling correct is ontvangen. Bij kinkjes in de digitale kabels lost Models2use.com dit in contact met de koper op. De gekochte producten worden altijd geleverd!

Bezorging

De levering geschiedt door MODELS2USE.COM per email, ongeacht de cartoonist die het product heeft gemaakt.

Betaling

Betaling vindt vooraf plaats op het platform van Models2use. Models2use draagt zorg voor betaling aan de cartoonist. Betaling vooraf kan via i-Deal, PayPal of Credit Card. Models2use.com is vrij additionele betalingsvormen toe te voegen zonder openbare melding.

Retourneren van artikelen

Retourneren van een product is niet mogelijk. Dat is namelijk wat lastig bij een product dat je hebt gekregen en niet ‘fysiek’ kunt verwijderen. Bij klachten treedt Models2use.com in contact met de koper en lossen we de klacht op.

Inlichten

Je gaat ermee akkoord dat je MODELS2USE.COM direct schriftelijk op de hoogte dient te stellen wanneer je merkt dat enige partij zonder toestemming de website bezoekt of gebruikt, of wanneer je meent dat de website of enige content op de website inbreuk maakt op een auteursrecht, handelsmerk of een ander contractueel of wettelijk recht of een recht op basis van jurisprudentie, van enige partij.
